Office Manager

I oversee our staff, handling training and scheduling, along with other matters, to support Dr. Butts and the people we serve. Ours is a close-knit, all woman office, and we get along wonderfully. That translates into providing patients and families with exceptional care, so they’re happy with their treatment experience and thrilled with their new smiles!

My husband, Paul, and I have been married nearly 30 years. We have lived in Webster Groves with our 3 grown children, Mimi, Katie, and Bridget for the entire time. Our family loves music, watching movies, and socializing with our friends. Prior to joining Big Bend Orthodontics, I was an elementary school teacher for 20 years. I am pleased to join this wonderful team.

Clerical

Upon my retirement as an RN, I was hired with the "more than eyes can see" background clerical work. My primary duties are following up with insurance claims and filing. I help with miscellaneous tasks as needed.

Although I am in the background, I am honored to be part of the team supporting Dr. Heidi Butts.

My life is full with family, friends, and various hobbies.

Lab Tech

I spend much of my day in our on-site lab and supporting Dr. Heidi, chairside. It’s rewarding to be part of the process of changing a person’s oral health and their smile. I really enjoy getting to know our patients and families. Dr. Butts and my coworkers are wonderful women. We have a lot in common and get along well, which creates a positive and supportive environment. This helps our patients feel at ease, as they always know we are here for them!

I grew up in Webster Groves and love our community. My husband, Mike, and I moved to Webster to provide our son, Luke, with walkable neighborhoods and the opportunities offered by Webster Groves School District. We have two giant dogs and love to spend time with our family and friends.
